Closely linked to QTI’s R&D activities, the educational programme ensures that learning is informed by ongoing scientific research and practical applications. 

CERN QTI implements most of its R&D activities as a PhD-level programme, in collaboration with relevant academic institutes with proven expertise in the field. This collaborative approach allows to create synergies between CERN and academic institutes active in the quantum technology fields, fostering knowledge sharing and developing skills essential for future activities.
